All sites are level concrete. Sites feature 30 or 50-amp electric, water, sewer & Wi-Fi.

NOTES:

  • Annual rate $825.00 per month (+ metered electric & $30.00 water base).
    We require a non-refundable $825.00 Security Deposit. No refunds on deposits given to hold an annual spot.

  • Reservations are guaranteed, not specific site numbers.
  • No refunds or exchanges granted for early departure, regardless of reason.
  • Check-in time: 1:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM.
  • Lit flashlight is required for all evening walks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Two weeks prior to arrival for refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • If less than 2 weeks notice, no refund.
  • Pre-paid deposits on annual stays are non-refundable.
  • No refund on annual deposits.
  • 30 day notice required for refunds on seasonal cancellations.
